014 // The Hand of God by Ben Krogh

You can see The Hand of God in action via the wallpaper Ben made. Nab the full size here:

FROM ALEX: Be sure to go and check out some of Ben's design work on his website, benkrogh.com. You can also do as I do and follow Ben on twitter on dribbble

FROM BEN: "The Hand of God was created with the goal of effortless user/raygun interaction. The first and obvious step of this process was ridding the gun of a trigger, and investing in neurological implants and prototypes. Due to this intensive study, the HOG is able to fire simply by the soldier thinking it. The gun wraps up the soldier's arm as a blast shield, due to the fact that these things get pretty hot. The HOG is also able to switch rounds: the green clip is stun, red is kill, and blue converts raygun to an ion blaster (+1-10 against droids)."

FROM BISHOP: "Because neurological microchipping is now a standard affair for all soldiers, implementation of this weapon will be easy. Adding HOG drivers to said microchips will cost The Company a small fortune, but the lack of a trigger mechanism will save The Company approx. 6,390,000 USD, more than making up for the cost of a chip update."
